To ensure optimal performance, please note the following: - Do not bend or twist the skipping rope, as this may damage the external or internal components. - If the screen does not light up, first check the battery installation direction, ensuring the two positive poles are facing inward. Then, inspect the battery cover to ensure it is properly installed on the handle with the display. - If the Bluetooth connection is unsuccessful, try connecting through the app rather than the mobile phone's Bluetooth settings. Additionally, try restarting the phone and reactivating the Bluetooth function. Replacing the battery may also resolve the issue. - The product will enter sleep mode after 10 seconds of inactivity and automatically shut down after 1 minute in sleep mode to conserve battery life.
